Shipped from South Africa using regular registered letter with tracking number.

Items are placed within a bubble protected envelope.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs.

We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that
your country bans any products.

Furthermore, should your package be damaged while in transit, Burning Tone Records will not accept any liability with regards to the damage of the merchandise (ie, damaged jewel cases). However should you receive a faulty album (that is not scratched) refer to our Return Policy for more detail on how we can replace it for you.

Orders shipping to destinations outside South Africa might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
Return Policy
Burning Tone Records strives to provide customers with fast service and good quality band merchandise. However like most production processes there are sometimes faulty units.
Should you receive a faulty CD that is not damaged otherwise, please send the CD back to us. The customer must cover the shipping after which they will be refunded if the CD is
found to be faulty. We will then send a new copy should the customer request this.
